We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any issue with their order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks for delivered orders may result in refusal of future service.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
